Inspection Services

A Home Inspection is a visual non invasive inspection of a home , its components , the structure and systems. A Home Inspector is trained to recognize safety issues, problems or potential problems, and recommend that a licensed expert in that particular field solve the issue.

Full Home Inspection

A Full-Home Inspection is a detailed evaluation of the entire home including all the buildings systems and components. This includes doors, windows, outlets, any living spaces, appliances, structural, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sprinklers, pool decks and pool equipment and much more. The average home inspection   takes approximately 2 – 4 hours depending on the condition and age of the home. Based on a 2500 sq/ft home.

Limited Home Inspection

 

We frequently perform partial or limited home inspections. Many times banks, insurance compaines and mortgage companies request evaluation of a component of a home. The inspection may consist of evaluating a crack in a foundation wall, or just checking a roof, or electrical system etc..Whatever the situatuon, we work with our clients to meet their needs.

4 Point Inspection

 

The 4 Point Inspection is required by an insurance agent for homes that are 30 years old upon purchasing a new homeowners policy and/or upon renewal. The inspection provides the insurance company with the type and condition of the roof, electric, plumbing and HVAC system for underwriting purposes. Pictures of are required by the insurance agent with this inspection.
 

 

Wind Mitigation Inspection

 

A Wind Mitigation Inspection determines the wind resistant features of a home to

determine eligibility for insurance discounts. Wind resistant features include the type of roof covering, roof deck attachment, roof-to-wall attachment, roof geometry, gable end bracing, wall construction type, secondary water resistance and opening protections. Pictures are required with this inspection.
